Silence: Inside and Outside.

An evening of yoga, meditation and breathwork with Cornelia and Stefán

22. október 2026, at 20:00-22:30

Silence.

What might it feel like?

Is it even possible?

An illusion or reality?

When was the last time you felt truly quiet?

As autumn settles over Reykjavík and the light begins to fade, we invite you to slow down and explore that question together. Silence does not require the mind to become completely quiet. Thoughts may still come and go, but our relationship with them can soften, leaving more room for rest, awareness, reflection and expansion. We’ll explore this together through movement, voice, breath and moments of stillness. As Cornelia writes: “Come with me on a journey of exploration into the silence within you.”

The evening includes

  • A welcome circle and gentle yoga with Stefán to arrive in the body

  • Expressive voice work and meditation guided by Cornelia

  • Transformational breathwork, with space to rest or breathe gently at any time

  • Time for stillness, reflection and a closing circle

  • Ceremonial cacao during the evening and light snacks afterwards

Cornelia is a breathwork and bodywork teacher based in Berlin. Her work draws on Kundalini yoga, Satnam Rasayan and other practices that helped her reconnect with herself. She also works as a nurse in an intensive care unit at a holistic hospital. In her sessions, she creates space for people to pause, settle, feel and explore what may be waiting beneath the noise of everyday life.
