Scroll down to find a class you'd like to attend and choose the date that suits you. Our classes are small to create a calm and personal atmosphere, so we recommend booking in advance to reserve your spot.
If it's your first visit to The Practice Room, welcome. Simply choose a class, complete your booking, and we'll look forward to practicing with you.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your first class. Feel free to bring your own, but mats and props are provided. The studio opens at least 20 minutes before class begins.

Payment is made at the studio before class.
5 and 10 class passes are valid for 6 months.
