Pay for the class by choosing a single, 5 or 10 class pass.
If you are new to The Practice Room? Welcome. Mats and props are provided. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class. The studio opens at least 20 minutes before class begins.

Occasionally, special pop-up sessions replace our regular classes. Check the booking calendar below to reserve your spot and see what's coming up.
