3,500 ISK or class passes
Join Stefán for a special pop-up Yoga Nidra session at The Practice Room. An evening to slow down, turn inward, and give yourself time to rest
We will begin with a short physical warm-up before settling into a comfortable lying position. From there, you will be guided through a practice of Yoga Nidra, bringing awareness to the body, the breath, and your inner experience.
Book your place through our regular class schedule.
3,500 ISK · You can also use your TPR class pass.

At the beginning of the practice, we will take a moment to connect with a Sankalpa, a personal intention or heartfelt resolve. This can be something simple and meaningful to you about something that you would like to see realize into your future.
The guided practice will move through different parts of the body and include an exploration of the chakras as points of attention and imagery. With time, you will let go of your physical senses and start to experience existence on a different level than you are used to in the waking state.
While in between being asleep and awake, there is no need to force the mind to become quiet or reach a particular state. Thoughts may come and go. You are invited to notice what is present and gently return to the guidance, allowing the experience to unfold in its own way.
Lie comfortably, listen, and explore what it feels like to simply be.
No previous experience of Yoga Nidra is needed. Mats, blankets, and props are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
